Has anyone successfully disputed a surprise psychic billing charge?

Hey everyone,

I recently had a reading on one of those popular psychic platforms, and afterwards I noticed a charge on my card that I wasn’t expecting at all. The reading was about 15 minutes, but the charge was way higher than the rate I saw advertised. I’m hoping to dispute it because it felt like maybe the timer kept running after I ended the session or there was some extra fee I wasn’t told about.

Has anyone gone through something similar and managed to get a refund or at least a partial one? I’m looking for polite ways to explain the issue without sounding accusatory, and any advice on whom exactly to contact would be great. Thanks!
