Experiences with psychic readings that gave clear career guidance
i’m a career changer and honestly never thought i’d try psychic readings for anything practical like career advice. but last month i was feeling stuck, unsure about where to go next, and gave it a shot with an online psychic who said she uses tarot and intuition. to my surprise, she offered some really clear suggestions about skills i should focus on, and even pointed out a potential new field that i hadn’t considered before.
it wasn’t spooky stuff or wild predictions, more like a focused discussion that helped untangle my thoughts. i was curious if anyone else had a similar positive and practical experience? maybe even some tips on how to get the most useful guidance from these readings?

hey, i’m pretty new to this and don’t know much about psychic stuff yet. i always thought it was more about predicting the future or talking about love, not so much career. when you say she used tarot and intuition, does that mean she looks at cards and just kind of feels what to say?
also, do people usually pick phone, chat, or email readings for career questions? i’m not sure which is better or even what to expect. sorry if these are dumb questions, just want to learn before i try. thanks for sharing your story by the way, it sounds encouraging!

yeah i get what you mean about it being more practical than spooky. i tried a reading last year when i was thinking about switching jobs. the psychic mentioned a skill i already have but hadn’t thought to highlight, which actually helped me in my interview next week after the reading. it was kinda cool how that showed up.
i did a phone reading btw. felt like the energy flowed better talking.
i have mixed feelings about psychic readings. i’ve tried a few online chats but they seemed quite vague, like a bunch of general advice that could fit anyone. it’s good to hear stories where people get something concrete, like skills to develop or even a new field to consider.
sometimes i wonder if the readers pick up cues from what we say or our questions more than any spiritual insight. for career stuff i usually take what i like and leave the rest. anyone else here think it’s partly about how you phrase your questions?

thanks for the phone vs chat input, helps me think about what to try next. and yeah i imagine the way you ask makes a big difference. my reader prompted me with some questions to unpack my situation, which turned out useful.
funny thing: i didn’t expect to remember a single tarot card from the reading but i actually remember the three of pentacles – which i looked up later and it fits teamwork and skills learning nicely.

if you want career guidance, be specific
i agree with salt_badger23, phone readings tend to be more straightforward.
for career talks, avoid really open-ended questions. if you want results, you’ve got to narrow down what you want to know. i got some useful insights when i asked about moving to a new city for work.
honestly, the best results come from clients who put in the prep work. psychic readings are tools, not magic answers. clarify your goals, have key questions ready, and take notes.
expectations matter too. a reading can highlight possibilities but it’s your follow-through that counts. i wouldn’t rely on psychics to pick your career but they can offer perspectives you might miss yourself.

i agree with quill2020 about the prep work. i jotted down some doubts and goals before my session, which probably helped steer the reading.
actually, thinking back, the reader also suggested i focus on collaborative skills, which isn’t anything new but seeing it in the reading made me rethink how much i was valuing teamwork in my job search. it ended up changing how i framed my resume and talks in interviews.
